We make it our priority to understand your pets needs and habits and on each visit your pets will be pampered, fed and watered with all litter trays and utensils cleaned regularly. We will always work to your specifications with your pet's regime and needs closely followed. Please note that we visit a minimum of once a day (more if you require) as we like to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pets in our care. 

In addition to looking after your pets, if requested and at no extra cost we can take in post, open and close curtains, alternate lighting between rooms and water household plants. We can also put bins out for collection, send regular updates and on completion of our last visit leave a short diary outlining your pets time whilst you were away. 

We arrive in a regular car, without uniforms keeping our attendance low-key. Your pets will be cared for personally by us as we do not employ any staff, this ensures continuity for your pets and that our clients receive the very best service. 

We will consider all types of small mammals, birds & reptiles, all we ask is that you provide specific care instructions regarding diet, cleaning etc.
