Security CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) checks and full insurance policies will be provided during the initial consultation. We will require to retain house keys for the duration of our visit and will continue a sit if our client is delayed, or if there is an emergency. All keys are kept securely, and addresses and personal information are never attached.
